SC all point bulletin

going to mb in july and was wondering if these trunked systems have a all points bulliten id or frequency. here in illinois they call it ISPERN which stands for Illinois State Police Emergency Network and they dispatch stolen autos etc.

The Palmetto 800 system is just about complete. There are a couple of talk groups noted as Statewide Etc. Never heard these in use. All of the other info in on this site.
