Update:
My SDS200 is now able to monitor this system, it appears the issue was with the system itself.
The continuous carrier with random UIDs is no longer transmitting.
There is a silent carrier but not continuous, just like other DMR systems in the area.
I have it programmed as DMR 1 Freq, 453.4125, TS1, CC1, no ID Search.

Try this as it worked for me. If you scanner stops on a CAP channel with audio then the user stops transmitting and you get tone burst (data) and the channel hangs forever with no audio, go to the channel in settings and change the ‘delay’ from 2 (second) to 0 or even -1. You’ll find the scanner usually a Uniden will start scanning again.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will try changing the delay and see how the SDS200 handles it when the signal returns.
The continuous signal on that system is random, it will be there for a few days, then not there for a few days.

Thank you again @RidingDownUnder for your suggestion, setting the delay to 0 worked.
The scanner stops on the silent signal for about 2 seconds then resumes scan.

So I had the original frequency programmed on my radio. Did some checking for updates recently and noticed the new frequency added to the data base. I was hearing voice on both. Did some digging, there’s 3 repeaters in the county with 453.4125, and only one with 453.5125. Either way I was able to hear voice on both. The “old” frequency I noticed I would have the voice traffic broken a bunc, whereas on the “new” one I don’t have the issue.
