Scanner feed

I'm not certain that it works. The online tools that test the connection say the server is working. But I've only had one person connect successfully. Maybe they were they only one with a media player correctly configured.

Please give it a try. I may need some assistance getting it sorted.

For now it's scanning through banks with Loudoun, Fairfax and milair.

Not only can't I connect on either Winamp or WiMP, I can't ping or tracert you.

If you're running a router, do you have that port open on the router?

What port are you you using? 8000? 8080? (You aren't trying to use the default, 80, port, are you?)

Are you running a web server? If not, it's 68.67.236.80/listen.pls, not http://68.67.236.80/listen.pls. An http connection is looking for a web server and, on most computers, will run the default web browser.

I can connect to other pls streams, so I know I'm correctly configured.

It's working through port 8001. I've change the address to 68.67.236.80:8001/listen.pls
Work now?

The DNAS console is now showing "yp.shoutcast.com gave error" It did not do that before. It also shows one active listener. There was one active listener before I removed the http.
