WS1040: Scanner Freezing when scanlist enabled

@tvengr @PKnight56 here is my Win500 file for a Pro 197 scanlist 18 and 20 is what you want. I don't know how to change/import from 197 to ws1040.

The files are interchangeable. The only difference would possibly be display mode and time settings.

Then see if mine works and you are getting a trunking signal on scanlists 18, 20

I retried both and am now getting 0 trunked icon at all

I do, I think its boiled down to my distance from the sites. I managed to get other freezing issues worked out by importing sites as well, so we'll call this one here and Ill try again when Im closer to a site. I appreciate the help!
