Not specifically on the BPF-800, the only ones the manufacturer has are at e-Shop DD AmtekPředzes., filtry, preselektory, attenuátory

They are made in Czechia and the 800 MHz. ones did not come with spec sheets.

I never sweeped it but used one when I was getting slammed from a nearby cell site at a previous residence. 700 TRS lit right back up after that. Its in a box somewhere if you want it.
