Scanner programming support for WS1065

Hi guys , I just bought a scanner, the WS 1065 desktop, and I'm having a hell of a time trying to do the online programming here in Canada 🍁
When can I expect support being a Premium Member as I cannot find where to download to anything to my scanner.

Any help with this will really be awesome, thanks.

As a Premium Member you can download information directly from the database using your account.

RadioReference only provides you the database information. The onus is on you to learn how to use the software. There may be other members here with that model that can guide you through set up.

Which software are you using?

Make sure you are plugged into the PC/IF jack, not the headphone jack. Did you install the driver for the cable? When you Upload to Scanner, do you get a Com Port?
