Probably is. Looks like anti-static foam mat underneath.

Looks like my work bench at work and home. Prototypes and clipleads lating
all around. I won't clean it up because I won't be able to find anything then.

haha yea awesome.. I love that some random batteries are thrown in and that all engineers doodle notes on the desk surface.. looks just like my desk!
