Scottsbluff County / City & Gering Car-to-Car Channels

are there any non published car to car channels used by the city / county and / or gering?

i've been searching for them but curious if anyone in the area has found any.

Have you tried the inputs with csq or different NAC/Pl tone?

Try a fcc search, usually uncovers the "secret side channels" if it's conventional.

I haven't figured out, but there is a conventional wide area P25 channel - that may be multicounty dispatched. Pretty sure you hear Scottsbluff and Souix county on it, and possibly another. I'm not up there that often long enough to figure it out.
