This is the message I get when I turn on my HP-1. This started happening after I tried to update my scanner.
SD CARD FILE ERROR
Remove battery and external power for 1 minute. If problem persist, restore data using Sentinell All Clear.
Where would I find Sentinel All Clear? The scanner shows the above message and shuts down. I also have another HP-1 that was dropped in snow and water and doesn't work anymore. Could I switch SD Cards? How would I go about doing that?
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
