SDR over Netzwork with Windows

Maybe i ask here but i cant find it.
I look at the internet and i cant find any Solution how i can send the SDR Data from a Windows Server to my Pc.
Is there no Solution for?! I dont want buy a Pi who need more power and generate heat and cost...!

i got an ffuuuhhhiinnggggg Pi2. That sht cost ~80€.
And make a lot of trouble. So if you can use a Long "Active" USB Cable.
