Sdr play driver

What is the best driver to use for this expensive RTL. I have tried different software, drivers, instructions, you name it, 5 hours and none of the SDR software will recognize the SDR Play. It does show up in my device list. Running Windows 10 with all hardware requirements.
Going nuts here.

Just go to the SDRPlay website below and download the required files.
It is very simple. I am running Windows 10 as well and no issues from day one.

I have used SDRConsole, SDR# and SDRSharper all with no issues.

I have done that more than once. Would you mind giving me a specific file?
Using HDSDR I get error "No Hardware specific Ext I/O DLL found" HDSDR says simply put the dll file
in the installation directory. That's easy. What DLL goes in there?

I figured it out after my hours. I never installed the plug-in.
