SDR-Radio (Console V2) - shift/offset

Trying to use the ham-it-up converter with SDR-Radio V2. Where do I set the shift/offset of 125000000?

Click on Converter, select Manager then set it up. See attachments. I don;t use a Converter which is why the fields in the example are blank -
