Is there any software out there which can get an RTL SDR, SDRPlay or Hack RF to scan conventional frequencies with the speed of a Uniden or GRE scanner??
I have experimented with SDR#'s scanner plugin but ti seems slow.

Try SDRTrunk, scans conventional and trunked systems, plus you don't miss any traffic

Good setup guide here

Works great on conventional systems, I have 14 running along side 4 different counties on the TxWARN trunked system. So it stays real busy. Luckily all the conventional systems in my area all fit within 1 sdr's 2.4mhz range, but the trunked system takes 5 sdr's to cover it. All running on an old laptop with 12gb of memory, off a 10 slot powered usb hub, with it sending 3 feeds to broadcasitify.

How do you get them to go to 3 different feeds? I provide 7 feeds and would love to free up a few SDS200's. I have one with two SDS-RTL I use for a Zello feed and I use it with a VB Audio virtual cable.
Thanks

SDRTrunk allows you to set up multiple feeds, then you choose what to stream on each feed, any channel can be sent to any feed at the same time. Everything feeds to my regular Broadcastify feed, then the conventional channels feed to a calls feed, and the trunked channels I feed to a separate calls feeds. PM me if you need help.

Did you ever get your feeds going to different virtual audio cables? I'm looking to do something similar, 5 feeds to 5 different VAC for TTD, Zello, IaR decoding etc.

Brand new software which not only scans fast, but plays multiple channels simultaneously (analog only): New SDR app (MyKola)
I’ve been trying it. Getting through the language issues slowly. Doesn’t appear to have the ability to go to multiple sound cards. Might have to resort to scripts to play audio files, but that looses the live feel when things are delayed.
