sdr-trunk file import

I'm sure its been asked here before but I can't find it. LoL
I have a new PC and I want to load all my trunked systems, with all my preferences and custom icons to the new one without starting from scratch. Can this be done, if so, how?

Download sdrtrunk (I still use v6 final)
Extract it, place the extracted folder in C drive

On the old pc, go to c:\users\username\appdata\

Copy the sdrtrunk folder to a removable drive , paste it on new pc in
c:\users\username\appdata\

Run sdrtrunk

I'm not sure that will do it . Anyways go where the program is my case its User there should be two folders you want the one that just says SDR Trunk and grab that folder and drop it in the new location that whats works for me as I have two machines that I bounce back and forth

UniTrunker stores its stuff in user\appdata. Do you use both? It's definitely confused me more than once.
