This is my first post , hopefully i am in the right area.

Well, Iong story short here i am using an RTL-SDR and trying to set up SDR-Trunk . I have updated my Library and gotten to the point where i would like to import from Radioreference ,however when i go to login i get the "failed to login " error . I do have a premium account on RR . I have checked everything , login creds , internet , anti virus , i just can't seem to figure it out .

I am running windows 11.

Any advice would be much appreciated .

It's usually a seamless login process, so I suspect it is a security setting in your Windows 11 installation. I run Windows 10 and have no issues at all. Does the program itself run if you enter a control channel manually?

Similar problem here. When I open the playlist manager I get two pop up windows saying there's trouble connecting to radio reference. When trying to load the data from SIRN the error comes up again, but I can access the data for all other administrations like state radio etc. the information loads. So it seems to only being a problem trying to download the only data relevant to sdrtrunk......

My setup works with a premium RR account, on Windows 10 or 11, and with or without the Windows Defender Firewall enabled. The problem is surely elsewhere. From past experience, even the slightest typo in your credentials will be fatal. I know this from personal experience :)

After further testing it seems to be only the SIRN database that won't load. I was able to load other trunking systems just fine.

Yes thanks. I changed it before I posted that. Wanted to give as much info as possible as basic as it may be. Dying to try sdrtrunk. Saw it working on YouTube. Just got into the hobby. Wish I got into it sooner.

Cheers!!!
