My thought is the audio output device should be set to speakers '-o1'. This shows
audio output device #2 (CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual C) initialized.

Post the command line parameters you are using to load DSD. If your starting it from SDR#, first click on the configure button. Make sure output audio device is set to 1.

Is the ERR3 an error code.

BS DATA ERR3 DCC=8 Voice Hdr
BS DATA ERR3 DCC=13 PI Header

-o2 needs to be -o1. Click configure and change output audio device to 1 then click create command line and ok.

If you changed the setting under Audio shown in your screenshot, change them back. You only need to change the DSD interface settings.

Your first post shows a lot of data being transmitted, not any voice. Are you seeing anything beside BS DATA? Mine shows BS VOICE, BS VC2, BS VC3, BS VC4 ect. when there is audio.

I don't know enough to be of much help from here. You could upload a raw source audio recording, and I could try to decode it to see if there's audio. In the DSD+ Event Log window, press r to record after you see some voice transmissions press r again to stop recording. You will probably have to compress the file in a .zip so it's small enough to upload.

Do i need to set up a destination folder for the audio? I'll try to capture when its putting out Voice!

Steak dinner on me if you get to the central part of this great land.

Just to check one thing, are your speakers hooked up to your X-fi sound card? That's what I had you change DSD interface audio output to. Here are the four options for your system:
audio output device #1 = 'Speakers (Creative SB X-Fi)'
audio output device #2 = 'CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual C'
audio output device #3 = 'Realtek Digital Output(Optical)'
audio output device #4 = 'Realtek Digital Output (Realtek'

Originally it was set to 2, I had you change it to 1. You could try changing it to 3 and 4 to try all configurations.

Make sure as above your output from SDRsharp matches your input to DSDPlus. Then make sure your output from DSDPlus matches your speaker/headset configuration (likely Device 1)

Your ERR's are likely caused by either low to no signal strength, or could be the audio feed from SDRSharp to DSDPlus (incorrect volume level, bandwidth, etc)
