Changing the link to 2p395 yielded you a not found page and doing the other update methode says wrong password. Your going to have to email them. Maybe they mismarked you as something other than lifetime.

My thought too. I sent an email to dsdplusinformationminister@gmail.com and dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com two days ago. No response.
