Just starting out with the RSPduo. Power on and antenna connected to "Tuner 1". Software installed and running but not getting any reception. Brand new unit. Must be something in programming. Antenna is connected to several other scanners with Stridsburg multicoupler so I know the antenna is good. Followed the quick start guide, but nothing. Any tips for beginner on SDRplay device?

What software? sdrconnect or sdruno
Assuming you have....
1. In the software you have selected the correct antenna?
2. You are on a band that has known signals?
3. You have pressed the play button?

If you go to the SDR play website, you'll find helpful videos many which are on YouTube

Post screenshots so we can get a full picture of software app, gain settings, waterfall, etc. Too many variables to draw uninformed assumptions. I love my Duo
