SDRSharp not opening

Has been 2 or 3 weeks since I last used SDRSharp. Had it all set up and worked great!
Went to use it this morning and now it work open, completely. Goes as far as loading, but doesn't look right, then just closes on its own.
Deleted it all, reloaded and doing the same. I have done some searches, but not coming up with anything recent.
Anyone else having issues or had this happen with the lastest version?

Running Windows 10.

I am showing "Failed to install on ‎11/‎17/‎2024 - 0x80073712 (KB5046613)" numerous times in recent updates. Is this the culprit?

Have Blackhawks running all over the place and had a Sikorsky Sky crane just north of me doing some work. Missed them all!

I knew I would forget something.... revision 1920 (2024-04-25) and Airspy R2. I have also used multiple RTL-SDR V3's with zero problems.

Everything looks good there. I'm wondering if it's more along the lines of something not working with my PC and the software. I keep getting update fails....

I'm going to try HDSDR or something else to see what happens. I have been running SDRuno/SDRPLAY2 almost non stop for awhile now with out a flinch. This is basically a dedicated PC for SDR

The second pic is what i get for about 1 second maybe 2, then it just disappears. Something is not jiveing.

The Device Manager looks correct, but the detail in the second picture isn't good. You must be using a camera. Try making a screen shot with prtscr key and pasting into Paint.

Use a fresh copy of SDRSharp v1920. Also try running as Admin.

I have rebooted many times, tried updates, tried admin, fresh install. I'm lost... I am by no means an I.T. tech, but I can usually get it figured out. This one has me stumped. I may try a reload of Windows 10, but man, I have things set nice outside of SDRSharp.....

That would be a drastic last resort. Better to try another computer or dual boot from a USB drive.

Hi It may help, as I have the same problem on PC with AirSpy 2, no problem on the Laptop
Open Sharp it stop loading on Frequency Manager, close on the task bar with right button, open again, its stop on Scanner Metrics plug In, close again on task bar, Sharp loading normally after closing second time.
Weird?

I can't even open SDR#. Something isn't adding up.
Just really odd that this is happening all the sudden out of the blue.
Maybe I can get it fixed before my replacement Youloop shows up.
That was a mess too, but Youssef got it squared away though.

With my first Windows 10 laptop, I had to use System Restore several times to solve a problem. My 2nd W10 laptop is behaving a little better, so far.

I have been looking for something different and leaning towards sdr++. My main use for the R2 is for milair scanning. So want to keep the fast scan ability. In Sdrsharp with FM Suite and the R2, you can go through the whole range in about 2 seconds. Smoking fast!

Run/open task manager, make sure there aren't instances of sdrsharp running..go to your sdrsharp folder, delete SDRSharp.config , open sdrsharp

I didn't understand your real problem at first

I thought you were having trouble opening SDR# to receive a single desired frequency. Now I think you have a scanner problem with milair.

So if you use an rtl device sdrsharp starts and runs correctly?
