I'll be honest. IMHO it's "ok" on simulcast" (I prefer my Unication G5). But as a "receiver" on most other things it falls short from my experience with it.

Totally agrees with my experience with my SDS100. I us a BCD436 and 536 for everything but local simulcast.

It works well for LSM, which the majority of new systems deploy.

I can hear the Thruway just fine just east of Troy, NY, on a Uniden 396T with an aftermarket duckie.
