I'm going to be receiving an SDS 100 in a day or so. I just want to mirror everything including the display from my SDS200. DO I need to set up a separate profile for the 100 or can I just plug in and do a read from scanner funtion?

The profile can be the same except for the display external power option and the keypad lights operate differently. You can read from the 200 into Sentinel and save, then write it into the 100.
You might think about having two profiles, which would entail one additional "save as". One would be SDS200 the other SDS100.
That would give you some flexibility on how things behave if you have different scanning scenarios. For example my '200 is in my truck and I'll listen to a few more Favorites Lists than I typically do with the '100 in the house.
