Sds100 hum on broadcastify

so I have this annoying hum/chopping when no transmission is being transmitted running a sds100 via audio cable into my line in on my pc running pros scan will a ground loop isolator help or what can I do to get rid of the noise thanks McDonough County Public Safety Live Audio Feed here is my feed so you can hear what I’m talking about

You probably need a group loop isolator.
