SDS200/Proscan UID problem

I was recieving UID's on Proscan for a department that is NXDN 4800 in the conventional mode and the base is in the clear and the mobile units are encrypted. The mobile units would brake the squelch long enough for me to see them on the scanner screen and also log them in Proscan. I seem to have changed something in Proscan and now they are not logging for some reason but I can still have time to see them on the screen. I have the Digital wait time set for 300 and ideas?

When we find it it is going to be simple and easy to miss.
By chance you did not remove the UID from the SDS200?

Yes I did clear user data at some point. And I disabled grid logging and maybe that is what did it? What should I do now?

I think I did delete all those files and have to go back and reinstall them again. I am trying to look it up in the manual now in Proscan.

That's probably it. Uncheck the Disable Grid Logging boxes in the History and UID sections..

You shouldn't need to reinstall any files.

I let it run all night and still no UID's showing on the Proscan grid. I still see them on the scanner though. and on the proscan scanner screen.

Does that happen in the UID grid or the History grid or both?
