I cant seem to scan both of them at the same time

I have both list set to scan but im only getting the conventional to scan not the trunking

Some things to check include:

1. Are all Favorites Lists containing the systems enabled - set to monitor?
2. Are Favorites Lists or Systems with QK's assigned to them enabled?
3. Are Service Types for the channels you want to monitor set to On?

You say that you cannot scan both systems at the same time. Are you able to scan them individually? What happens if you disable the conventional system

Is it enabled? Does it have a quick key assigned and does the display show that quick key is active?

Export your Favorite's list into an hpe file, then post it so that we can take a look for what needs to be changed or added. (If you use more than one list, export each separately.)

Click on the drop-down File menu in Sentinel.
Select 'Export to hpe file'
You'll get a sub-menu to select which list. Pick the list, and make sure that the systems you are having problem with are selected for export.
Sentinel will create the hpe file & prompt you to choose a location where it should be saved. Note what folder it's saved in.
Use Windows Explorer (File Explorer in Win 10) to locate your file.
<Right><Click> on the saved hpe.
You'll get a pop-up menu on screen.
Select Send To
That pops up a small menu with choices for the next step.
Choose 'Send to Compressed (zipped) folder'. That will create a copy of your file that you can attach to a post.

Your Police Fav list has no sites, just talkgroups. Not going to ever receive anything without a site that you can receive.

Quick look at the Sufolk and I see nothing wrong. There is no QK for the Fav list.

The Suffolk County hpe favorites list file I attached earlier has the system and all of the sites and talkgroups. I didn't do the files attached.

I thought he had the dealer program, not your work I know.

I dont know how quick keys work so i just took out what i didnt need to listen too. How do they work?
