SDS100/SDS200: SDS200 will not save favorites

I had a SDS200 and sold it. I recently got another one. I am trying to transfer my favorites saved in Sentinel and they will not transfer? Every time the radio says "0" favorites. What am I doing wrong?

You need to set the favorites to download and monitor in Sentinel, before you send them to the radio.
