What trunk system,sight would I put in for Seattle? would I put in sight 1 or sight 7???and are they still analog? or did they did go digital?

What sight would I monitor for Seattle police and fire?

Site 1 for the Seattle simulcast. They are still analog. Site 7 is a part of EPSCA.
