I thought I would go ahead and start the thread for this year's airshow so we don't have to worry about congesting the Military Activity thread.

I was just about to start the same thread...

first news:
They've started putting up the orange fencing, and there's at Vance T-38 on the ramp... not sure if its here for the show or just on normal duty.

Here's a complete list: http://www.selfridgeairshow.org/PDFs/Selfridge-Airshow-Fact-Sheet.pdf

The main attraction was suppose to be the F-22 but as of now it doesn't look like it will make an appearance. We can still hope though, right?

For those of you that spot aircraft, when have the out of town aircraft flown into SANGB for the show (Thur or Fri)?
It's pretty even for both days. But remember that it mostly depends on the unit flying in and it could be anytime wed-fri. But if you were trying to decide on which day to come down definitly come friday since that is the practice day / family show. Also, you *hint* may *hint* be treated to the B-52 arrival :)

There's already a Mig-17 in one of the hangars... its been there for like a week now.

Hmmm I think I'll have to come down Friday then. Thankfully my relatives live lined up with runway 19. :D

MI ANG C-130 is first on the ramp.

And I saw something about a NASA F-18 but I havent seen any mention of it on the public website.
