I get this error when I execute Sentinel. I removed the software and re-installed it and I still get this error? I can not figure out how to fix it? I get this error if the scanner is attached to the CPU and also when the scanner is not attached? Any ideas??

I have re-installed Sentinel twice and still get that error?

Attached screen error

Thanks

Ok went into properties and chose run as admin. Now the program works, but it does not find my .hpe file or my .kml file? How do I make it find those files? I chose import file and it does not find those files and I chose new and it does not find those files? for some reason it does not want to find my favorite list?

Thanks

If it's in the same place, it should find it. Can you just read your scanner to save the FLs?

Now my scanner says " Nothing to read" I think it wrote a blank file to the scanner and now there is nothing to scan since the blank file was uploaded. Still I can not get it to read the saved files.

Thanks

When you import an HPE you are first prompted for which Favorites List you want the imported system to be stored in. If that dialog box is blank, it means you have not created any Favorites Lists. Click the "New Favorites List" button to create one. Then, a standard Windows dialog box opens for you to navigate to where the HPE file is.
