Sentinel Excel spread sheet question?

I've been trying to put my DMR 1 frequency system in a new FL everything goes fine till I get to the Excel sheet which, I have no idea what or where that is? Thanks!

In the Excel spreadsheet, select the 2 columns with the callsign-name-state and the unitID as the 2 columns.
I used column C and D from the "full-US-copy-paste" tab in the spreadsheet.
The first column needs to be the unit name, and the second column needs to be the Unit ID.
Once you select the data, hit Edit - Copy.

In Sentinel you'll see your FL's at the left pane. Click the FL for the the one that now has the DMR 1 system you would like to move.

You will see the different systems in that FL. Right click on the DMR 1 system and choose "Append to Favorite List".

Select the new FL from that list where you would like to move your DMR 1 system. Done.

That DMR 1 system still exists in the old FL so edit that FL and Avoid that DMR 1 system or delete it.
