Sentinel: Sentinel issue

I have a problem with the sentinel program opens a window that says database could not be read. BCDx36HP sentinel installation might be corrupted. Please reinstall BCDx36HP sentinel.
and Could not find file C:\programdata\uniden\BCDx36HP_sentinel\database\hpdb.cfg.

and another window opens reconstructing full database failed.
Mismatch file format version.
I have reinstalled Sentinel several times.

I want to know what to do to fix the problem.

Check your Windows regional setting. Maybe Sentinel needs an American English setting to install properly.

Yes, it was the same problem with another French-Canadian guy. The non-US regional setting makes the reading of the text in files corrupt.
