i'm having issues uploading the 36hp sentinel software it was working fine last week now when i click on it want pop up

Your computer has corrupted some files in one of the Sentinel folders that's not in the same location as the other Sentinel program installation files.... try this:

Delete your current install of Sentinel

On your computer's C drive, Go to "C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Uniden"

Delete the entire folder there that starts with "BCDx36HP_Sentinel.exe_Url......"

Re-install the latest version of the BCDx36HP Sentinel. The new installation will re-write the folder deleted in the step above, and Sentinel should now start and run.

Make sure you're using the x36hp Sentinel version.

Be sure you are un-zipping the download before trying to re-install it.

I am thinking it is a possible firewall issue. Disable AVG, Norton, etc... when installing it. I had the same issue awhile back ago, and it ended up being this.

i did like u said about the firewall issue and it re installed it
