Greetings everyone, and thank you in advance for any assistance.
I have been racking my brain trying all sorts of things but cannot seem to understand the issue here, and have not found fixes from other posts. New to scanning but have been around radios and HAM stuff for years.
I recently bought an SDS100 and have been trying to program it with sentinel for NE Ohio. I have set up several favorite lists that function perfectly, so I feel like I understand the process. But when setting up a Summit County Police, Fire, EMS list, it has issues scanning any channels in the MARCS-IP system (which is most of the channel for that favorite list).
When adding Summit County to my favorite lists it adds all the counties (which I understand is normal from other posts here). If I leave all the counties it will scan all the counties, including Summit, obviously. But when I avoid or delete (I have tried both) all the other counties except Summit from my favorites list, it will not scan anything MARCS-IP for Summit county.
I have attempted many areas to fix this, including turning off all quick keys both in the favorite list and profile (to remove that as a variable), trying to use location control while leaving all counties in the list (it still scans all counties), making sure my service types are good, making sure my location and range is accurate, turning on ID search, making sure download and monitor for the list is on, etc.
Please help me, as I have now spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue with no luck.
Regards,
Tyler
