I'm a dispatcher for IPN and I'm pretty active. I have no complaints and do it for the Amazon gift cards and free membership.
I'm also a Feed Provider for Broadcastify. Same there, No Complaints.

I use IPN no issues . Monitor Mass, NY city and LA. Get pages all day.
