Do you mean Anakeetsa? maprad.io radius search linked here shows licensees in the immediate area. Two licensees that jump out to me & that you may want to check for activity while there are WPQG992 & WRCS473. May or may not be park related.
Be sure to submit confirmed findings to the RR database if not there already

Then don't use a scanner....Use a DTR duh. DTR radio traffic is starting to get just as busy as FRS in some areas.
