I listened to the sheriff's Department here in Houston last night.
Tonight when I turned it on all I'm getting is a Constable's here at Houston I have a bearcat 996xt and having able to listen to them up till now. Have they changed over to phase 2

Only ppl phase 2 is hpd, hfd, humble, bellaire, but hpd and hfd is phase 1 too
