I own both a Whistler TRX 1 and TRX 2 connected by an outdoor antenna. Trying to receive the agency in question but I'm having no success. I can hear both the Wise County and Scott County Sheriff's Offices. I have programmed Lee County according to radio reference website using 155.805 P25 nac 293, with no success. Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Looks like the target station you're after is about 2 hours away from your monitoring location? At only 70 watts ERP you may simply be too far out to monitor.

i have it at about 80 miles...not looking at any hills or mountains.
Agree with the others. Wise and Scott counties lie between you and Lee County. Therefore, while they may be in range, Lee may simply be just enough farther out that you cannot pick them up in Tazewell County.
