So the blue battery pack thing is the p25rx? what program is running on your laptop?

That is the P25RX software called BTConfig.

I am using an sma mount with a shure 774-865 antenna, the software is the BT Config software written by Todd, its really turning out to be a robust tool.

This is how ours is primarily being used. I am looking for a better antenna solution, but despite some quirks that I need to figure out, this seems to work quite well as part of a comms run kit.
