SDRTrunk Single frequency showing "fade" and not coming through.

I'm currently in the process of beta testing my RTL-SDR and SDRTrunk setup for my Broadcastify feed, and everything is running smoothly, except for a single frequency (or two) that refuses to come through. Everytime this frequency pops up, SDRTrunk always throws it to "fade" no matter what I do to try and fix it. I have two RTL-SDR dongles with different antennas covering my 3.6 Mhz spread. The antennas are a basic bunny ear antenna that comes with the dongle, and the other is a telescopic antenna that has been working flawlessly. I have a feeling that my bunny ear antenna is the limitation in the setup (I have ordered another telescopic antenna), but I figure I would come here for assistance

The simulcast I am using is the Elkhart County (IN) Simulcast with the frequency of 769.55625 being the frequency that is shown the "fade" category. I'm not sure if 769.30625 is ever being used since that never pops up. However there will be times where a channel flip flops being 769.55625 and 770.08125 which can be annoying especially since the 770 frequency comes through perfectly fine. I have messed around with the PPM and that hasn't fixed it.

Please post a screenshot using sdrtrunk's built-in screen capture menu, with your second tuner selected/showing in the spectral/waterfall display, zoomed in on that problematic frequency, when that channel is active so that we can provide feedback on the signal strength and verify that you have the 2nd tuner's PPM correctly calibrated.

Here's a picture of the second tuner with the waterfall:

Here's the PPM of the second tuner:

Here is the first tuner's waterfall (that has the telescopic antenna):

Go into the Tuner Tab - Gain Control. Turn off automatic and set it manually.
I'm currently not at my desk right now, so I will when I get home from work. What's a good starting point? Also, will this change the volume of the feed?

I usually start around 327. See how that works. Keep increasing while watching the signal peak. Keep increasing to its highest point and to when the noise floor just starts to rise.

I tried that out last night, and I had no luck. I just got the new antenna in today and popped that on and still had no luck. I'm pretty confused, because it looks like I genuinely have a strong signal, but then it just breaks off. I tried the PPM thing that as well and still no luck. It shouldn't be a computer thing because I have a 12 core processor and 16 GB of RAM.

Happy to report that I fixed it. All I did was change it from LSM to C4FM, and it seemed to open up the 769 frequency, as well as the 768. I'm picking up everything now it seems like with no problems.
