That is either a microwave link to a remote transmitter or receiver or a mobile broadband link. Either way, not likely anything there to listen to.

If you are looking for Skiatook PD they went to OKWIN last year. Their talkgroup is 23056 and it is P25 digital in the clear. Hope this helps?

Does any one know how to program skiatook PD into my uniden scanner

Johniewaddle, you will have to update the scanner database using the Sentinel software. I prefer to save it in my favorites.
