Anyone out there able to shed some light on the difference? Like for instance who looks over the town/city of Snohomish? I see many TG's forSnocom PD "cities" Who does Sno-Com PD protect? Then there is Snohomish County S.O. What area(s) do they watch over? Thank you in advance...

When I lived there from 1994 to 2006, SNO-COM was the cities of Briar, Lynnwood, Edmonds, and Mountlake Terrace. These cities use to share dispatch on a set of conventional frequencies. With the new Trunked system It looks like they've kept the "grouping" of the cities. The Snohomish SO oversee's the un-incorporated areas of snohomish county(and any cities that contract with them). They use a north, south and east areas, but each area is broken into districts. Intercept NW has more information if you look there.
