Same, same, same here in Russellville, which supposedly the "home base" of ARDOT District 8. I was listening to 151.055 CSQ for days, and not a peep. I certainly heard City of Russellville snowplows talking to each other on their AWIN channel, with more than just a little bit o cussin' by the drivers. So where has ARDOT gone to?
