some one that uses the butel software

Hey can you send this in a different type of folder other than a zip folder for some reason I cant get it to open with winzip or any other I'm about to take a ball bat to this computer and then send it back to dell Lol !!!

I unzipped it and the rezipped it up. Don't know what you do with the file that's actually inside the zip. It's not an extension I know how to use with ARC software

when you click on the attached file do I click on open or save

Ok I saved it to my documents what do I do next ?

Just extract it, haven't you used a zip file before? Once you get the file I have no idea what you do with it.

WELL I extracted it and then I go to the software program and then hit file and then hit open and it takes me to my documents but the file isn't there to be found dont know were it went

The thing isn't a .mem file I have no idea how ARC250 is supposed to use it, It won't show up in the window you open .mem files in.

well never mind now the software program said it was expired and that I now got to buy the software program so I am not going to buy the software due to the fact the demo version was not all that good so Thanks for the help anyways any idea on a better software program other than this one ??
