I took a look at my Splunk logs from Trunk Recorder to find other recordings from those RIDs. 1806614 called into county as ‘34 Fire’, so possibly a chief or officer? Either way, not sure what that TG is used for. They do mention ’Interop’ when they first used it today.

Edit: when I said “so it’s Bridgewater” that’s a guesstimate. They easily could be Bridgewater radios in use for another purpose

Green Knoll (34F) is still on analog using the Bridgewater District 3 repeater. They do have APX radios but do not utilize trunking on them. The District 3 repeater license is set to expire at the end of the year, but they still have some time until that date is over their head. There are also county-level public safety officials affiliated with Bridgewater's emergency services, so that could also be a fire coordinator using a Bridgewater radio; though the identification as '34 Fire' is peculiar considering they do not service any of those locations, let alone Middlesex County as a whole. Fire Region 5 is a dynamic region for mutual aid standby and a backup to the main regions when occupied. Perhaps the goal of this testing is for mutual aid purposes?

The RIDs are also seen on Fire Region 5 and Franklin Fire.

Odd to see a county-municipal ID on the Franklin Twp TRS. Franklin assigns unique IDs for their system- your county RID does not get mirrored. Even when SCC communicates with Franklin PD regularly on Fire Main, their 10000-series IDs are not in use.

I can't remember for certain, but I was seeing those RIDs on Franklin TGs of the Somerset County system, not the Franklin SmartZone system.

The traffic that @richee2000 is talking about was clearly two people meeting up for something. They were discussing their current location. There was a transmission on that channel, I believe from PD, that was calling someone 'on the interop'.
