and approved the use of 473.1875 (YIKES)

It's 473.1375, not .1875, and I'm not sure what the "YIKES" is for. The only other licensee within a few hundred mile radius is the Syosset Fire District, and I'm not even sure they're actively using that frequency. I see them using 470.1375 but not the input, so who knows. Either way, Somerset isn't going to bother anyone on that frequency.

I did mean "473.1375"...My original post had .1875 in error. FCC never had allocation for 473.1375 but the waiver granted that.

It is a long story, but on band openings Syosset does make the path with the same PL that was on
the Quantar receiver. When white noise rides in it mixes with T1 audio from the console and render pages useless.Either pagers do not open because two tone is distorted or message is distorted or both.

Also agencies within County would TX in the "input" and wipe out the Somerset County dispatcher.

Paging System was not supposed to have an RF INPUT. It was designed as one way over T1
until someone has a bright idea to use the input that was not to bright, several years ago.

At this point I think some of the "higher" MSL sites have been RX disabled. I just hope we do not see an expansion, I suspect we won't.
