South Bend area toll road frequencies

I downloaded toll road frequencies off of sentinel software Indiana then I pick St Joseph county then statewide then I found toll road frequencies around South bend and Elkhart I never heard anything. The frequencies are 154 range vhf. Are those not used anymore..Thanks

When I download and install the above itr talkgroups how do I know which site to install also so it has frequencies to scan. Also I am wanting to find Indiana State police for South bend and toll road area I found the State police talkgroups again which site do I use so I get frequencies.. When using sentinal programming it is easy but when I download to the favorite list I create but it downloads extra frequencies I do not need I know how to delete unwanted frequencies but how do you know the correct site I need.. Thanks

I live in Berrien Cnty in Michigan. South bend Indiana is only 6 miles from where I wanted Indiana State police. I live just 2 miles from Indiana/Michigan State line .. Indiana toll road is 5 miles....

If you plan on listening to the ISP on the Toll Road, even with just programming the South Bend site, you will hear traffic from ISP along the entire Toll Road since its just one TG and one district and they are simulcasts. It helps to know where the mile markers are to know where the Troopers are. The numbers are lowest to highest West to East.
