South Dakota Radio Service Trunking - NWS CNE channel

Im trying to receive the North East South Dakota National Weather Service Daily Briefing at 10:05 AM.
I haven't been able to pull it in yet. Is anybody able to do it?
I'd appreciate any help. My scanner picks up lots of other chatter, but nothing for the daily weather briefing.

The state tower that your scanner is locked on to has to have a state radio that is monitoring the Aberdeen NWS talk group on that tower in order for your scanner to broadcast that talk group. If no radio that is connected to that tower is monitoring the Aberdeen NWS talk group, then you won’t hear it on your scanner.

Thanks, we've unfortunately lost some really good county OEMs, and the new ones, don't seem to bother keeping up with the weather. Our old one always had the radio ready to receive from NWS CNE.
