I have never seen any in land mobile service and the I believe the maximum the FCC would allow on the VHF band was 500 watts. The maximum I have had my hands in were 350 watt Motracs and 300 watt GE Mastr Pro stations on VHF. GE eventually had a 200 watt Mastr II solid state VHF station. The FCC's safe harbor rules in part 90 eventually killed any VHF fixed station products over 110 watts.
I have seen 500 watt Glenayre Part 22 paging transmitters in the VHF band.
