Database is created by people like you, people who have heard the frequencies active and can identify the use, like you have. It won't appear in the database until a RR member submits it.

The current system is still valid as well.
The system I posted is in addition to the one that is in the database.
At times both systems are very busy and much of the traffic is time critical. One frequency pair
just could not handle the traffic if more talk groups were added. The Phoenix hub is super busy.
