Is the Spalding County P-25 in the clear? When I program the Uniden 996t under P-25 the control channels all I hear is white noise... I am I doing something wrong? P-25 is new to me.. Thanks For any help.

Only law enforcement is encrypted.

When did Spalding county go to encryption? Before they rebanded, I could hear them fine on their 800 system.....
