The new 800 MHz site in St. Charles county is also on the air with testing on TG 23508 in P25 Site Trunking mode. This is assuming the license info is accurate for this site as 853.975 is only listed for the St. Charles 800 site. Things could have changed but my beam does get the best signal when pointed towards St. Charles.
It shows as Phase II just as the Jeffco site does but all the traffic I've heard so far has been Phase I on both sites. I think the data channel just broadcasts the Phase II capability and Pro96com picks up on that even though all chatter has been Phase I so far.
CC is on 853.97500
Has a SYSID of 4F2 just like the new Jeffco south location.
Site or Tower ID is 103 for this one.
Not sure if this one went live in P25 mode today as I've been monitoring the new Jeffco site the past couple days.
For the Jeffcon South site, I've heard them testing from Interstate 44 all the waw down in Pevely but have not heard any traffic (or signals) on any of the freqs listed for Jeffco's so called North site yet.
Here's what I have so far for the St. Charles site from Pro96com:

EDIT: After rotating the beam more, I'm not positive this signal is from the St. Charles 800 system.
I appear to be getting reflections off a nearby building between me and Jeffco. The signals from the Jeffco site 104 and this 103 site are fairly consitent when aiming towards Jeffco. The TG's are similar as well so it very well could be the other proposed system in Jeffco that I'm hearing.
The licensed frequencies don't add up though for the other Jeffco site.
